Owning a home comes with its perks and beauty. But when you run into daunting obstacles like we did only 2 weeks in, my husband and I needed the help of a professional. That's when Josh from DMV Wildlife & Pest Solutions came to OUR RESCUE. We called him in to remove a nest of rats that had made their way into the crawl space before we purchased the home. The day he came to assess the situation he told us not to worry and guaranteed us the problem would be fixed within the month. He came back frequently to remove each animal as they were caught. Then sealed all entry points to avoid another future problem. After no more rat activity was detected he CLEANED and SANITIZED the entire crawl space. Our problem was fixed in a timely manor and we been officially rat-free for over a month. We are amazed at his professionalism and dedication in getting the matter solved and are truly grateful. His services are reasonably priced and definitely recommended.

I called Josh on a Tuesday and he came out the next day. I don't own, I rent so there is only so much I can have done to prevent mice during the winter months. He walked me through some basic solutions and worked his magic. Josh is professional, an expert in his field, kind and down to earth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services!

I had squirrels living in my attic. I called Josh, he came out, set a cage on the outside of the house, so that the squirrels could leave in the morning but can't come back in the evening. I thought, I was still hearing squirrels so right before thanksgiving Josh set two traps in the attic. When Josh return on 12/2/21 no squirrels were caught in the traps.And as of this post I have not heard any squirrels in the attic or any part of the house thank GOD. Josh did a great job of sealing up the entry point. I highly recommend DMV to service your pest problems. Josh was GREAT from the beginning to the end of the service call. The service cost was fair.

Back in June, I had an issue at my rental property with birds nesting in vents along the side of the house. Josh was incredibly responsive and was able to come out to the property the next day and quickly took care of the problem. He was able to remove the birds, clean the areas/vents, and install new guards to prevent any nesting in the future. Josh was exceptionally professional, very reasonably priced, and communicated quickly and openly with both myself and the tenant. Josh was punctual, inspected & treated the entire house, set up traps & bait, as well as beneficial recommendations to get rid of & keep the mice away. He gave us his cell number & was willing to come out before our scheduled follow up if we happened to have an increase in mice activity. Over the next few weeks we caught several mice. Josh came back for our follow up appointment to seal the inside & outside to help prevent mice from coming back. Josh did an amazing job! Hopefully we will not need another visit but if we do we will definitely contact Josh at DMV Wildlife & Pest Solutions.

I had a problem with birds in my bathroom vent. One call and DMV wildlife and pest solutions was out the same day to get the birds out. Not only did they remove the birds but also put up prevention to keep them from coming back.

Josh was extremely professional and the only company I called that could come out the next day. We appreciated his promptness and he did a wonderful job installing a one way door for our unwanted guests to exit! Josh kept in contact throughout the week checking in on the progress and was always reachable. He returned the next day after we called to come remove the door and seal up the hole. Couldn't ask for better service! Extremely affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Excellent service - very reasonably priced. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job removing a bird nest from behind my shutters. Even re-attached one of the shutters which had a broken screw - definitely went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend their services - Josh did a great job!

We could not have asked for better service! I called mid morning and they came out same day. Josh was extremely professional, explained the process in full detail, and answered all our questions. Traps were set that evening and filled by morning. We received notice first thing the next morning he was on his way to check. Thanks to Josh and his company we have peace of mind knowing our yard is raccoon free. They are the best!

During Covid 19 quarantine a tree has fallen and touched the back of my deck, I spotted a pretty big black snake outside of my window sunbathing, it was the long weekend I have called several companies and left messages, DMV is the first to respond and came out on Memorial day, but of course snake was hiding, he treated my property with chemicals, and we will see what happens. Also helped me got rid of big hornet/wasp nests. Reasonable pricing.

Josh just pick up 2 more racoons this Sunday morning (5 total). One racoon was very aggressive and had caused a lot of damage to shrubs and part of my deck while caught in the trap. Josh took our call late at night when we discovered raccoons in our chimney. All other companies were closed but Josh not only took our call but answered all our questions around 10 pm at night. He came out the next morning first thing and caught them. Not only was his price reasonable, we would have paid twice as much. We will definitely use him again and share his name with our neighbors.

Had a bat in the house on Saturday night, called multiple places at 10:00pm to have someone come out to remove it, and could not get anyone. Called DMV Wildlife and they came out that night and removed the bat. Very happy he came out and removed the bat quickly and said to call him back if there was another one because my 6yr old was very frightened. Also said he would come back Monday to look around outside.

We had bats in our attic. Josh got rid of them and then sealed the gable vent to prevent any future issues! Josh showed us video footage of our attic where we could clearly see the bat droppings everywhere. We're following his recommendation and having him return next week to remove the contaminated insulation and install new TAP insulation. He educated us about the nature of the issue, giving us 'insider information' about scams in the industry - effectively saving us hundreds of dollars.

The bird nests were removed in under 30 minutes, the cracks in the roofing trusts secured and painted and we haven't had a problem since.

I live in the City Limits of College Park, MD, then one day a raccoon and other wild life was housing under my deck. I needed to take action immediately. Every year we get birds that work their way into the vents on the side of the house. We finally decided to see if anything could be done about it. I called around to a few local companies and got some bids. Final decision was to go with DMV Wildlife and it was the best decision we could have made.

They arrived on time, we're professional and courteous, went through the options and explained everything they were going to do. They covered 6 total vents in various sizes. They were fast, efficient and did a great job.

DMV Wildlife is the best ever . I had mice in my attic called Josh came out took care of the problem went up in my attic after Home Paramount told me they could not walk around due to falling through ceiling. Josh was very professional took care of all my concerns. Josh assured me he would get rid of mices through my fears and tears he was very professional and had a lot of knowledge. Awesome guys. Very friendly, quick and efficient. They came out the same day we called to help us get a bird out of our bathroom vent, sanitized and installed a grate to prevent anything else from getting inside, and even installed a second grate over a different vent as a preventative measure while they were here. I hope we never have to deal with any other creatures getting in our house, but if we ever do, I'll definitely call DMV Wildlife Solutions again.
